1. Scope of Service

KIM (Kitchen Intelligence Monitor) is an automated operational decision-support tool provided by The Chef's Twist Inc. Assessments, recommendations, and dollar-saving estimates are generated via artificial intelligence computer vision analysis and represent advisory suggestions.

2. Regulatory & Food Safety Disclaimer

While KIM's neural engines are trained on FDA Food Code 3-302.11 and standard HACCP safety benchmarks, KIM does not replace official municipal, state, or federal health inspections. Operators retain sole legal responsibility for the sanitation and safety of food served to guests.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscriber Account portal.
