1. Image & Photographic Data

Photographs uploaded during intake scans are used solely to generate the requested culinary audit. Images are stored encrypted in DigitalOcean Spaces / S3. Photos are never shared publicly or used to train third-party foundation models without explicit organizational consent.

2. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest for all database records, authentication credentials, and stored reports.
